Still crossing the t's and dotting the i's, but it does feel like the momentum is there to keep this going, and thus I feel safe throwing this out into the universe. We've had a lot of GM turnover over the past few weeks, and because of that, I'm going to offer a one-time reprieve from the rule that prevents teams below the cap floor from picking in the top three.
