As with TSFBL I, banks will be run entirely on the index this league, at least to start. Probably best to keep track of your own funds on your own and confer with me if you see any discrepancies.
Please note that if your bank goes negative, your assets (including draft picks) will be frozen -- this means they cannot be traded. At the end of following season where your bank account is still negative, all picks owned will be auctioned off to the league with all proceeds going to your bank account.
