1 time amnesty waive
To mirror the amnesty granted by the NBA in RL during the 2013 (?) season .. can put stipulations on it like .. can’t be a contract signed the past offseason .. can’t be a rookie contract or extension given by the same team trying to cut .. idk how much it would be .. but a thought
