We have shown bringing in and paying Gugliotta, Cassell and Russell in recent times that we are committed to winning and adding as much talent as we can. We would love to get this extension done early and concentrate on bringing a championship to Cleveland.

FBB Agent: Winning is what's most important to Grant, and the efforts you've made over the past season to contend are exactly what he would want to see from a team he's committing to long term. There's no point in dragging this out any longer, Grant would love to re-up with the Cavaliers on a long term extension. But please be wary; if the efforts to win do not remain constant throughout the duration of this extension, my client will not hesitate to move for greener pastures when the contract is up.
