Waiver Wire

Any player that gets cut will be placed on the waiver wire. From there, all GM's will have 24 hours to put in a public claim in that thread on said player. The team highest up on the order that put in a claim will get the player. That team will then move to the bottom of the order.

General Rules:
- All releases must be posted in their own topic with the player's name in the title.
- If you claim a player on waivers, you assume responsibility for the rest of his salary.
- You must have enough salary cap room to claim the player, unless the player was signed to the minimum.
- The team who waived the player becomes off the hook for said salary if the player is claimed. If he is not claimed, the salary will remain with you until it is off the books.
- If the player goes unclaimed, he then becomes an unrestricted free agent at the date and time posted in the thread. You do not need to wait for me to close the thread for the waiver period to be completed.
- You cannot put in a waiver claim for a player that your team cut.
- You cannot put in a waiver claim for a player that you just traded away.

From now on, you can post a cash reward alongside a player when waiving them. If he's claimed by another team, you will pay that amount to the team who claims him.

From now on, if a player comes off waivers and is immediately attempted to be signed by more than one team (within one minute of coming off waivers), the team that player goes to will be determined on the waiver priority of the teams involved. This is a change from the rule that previously had the teams entered into an RNG draw.
