 The Indiana Pacers acknowledge the massive contributions Tawn has made to the success of this team and we are prepared to show our appreciation. We also wish to convey our faith and confidence that he would like to stay in the Hoosier State. 

Without further ado. we wish to offer Antawn Jamision the 2001 max contract for 5 years and 8% increase per annum. We also agree to a 5th year player option. 

 We sincerely hope Mr Jamison will remain with us.
