Think Gortat and Outlaw both need a little better defense, B for Gortat, B- for Outlaw. I'd say B for Brook Lopez too

Lopez should definitely have a B/B- Outside at the very least from outside.. basically what Dirk is now lol .. that should be his max build offensively lol

Booz I feel should have a high jumper/mid range rating his outside (if that’s a factor in that rating) should be C+ imo

JR Smith higher inside on his jump rating/ability to finish on the drive

Josh Howard handle should be mid C imo had a few solid scoring seasons, I picture at his peak he’d look like Rip Hamiltons current build aside from the outside/handle .. B-B-CC+C

Hinrich probably needs to be nerfed some ..C+ inside is generous imo.. Cinside/ B- handle/ B- defense ..

LMA I feel won’t reach his rl scoring with just a C outside .. high C+? Or buff his inside?

Tony2x arguably one of the best defenders this decade of the nba at this time .. my mans needs a solid A defense.. we need real stoppers in the sim

I’d make LMA more of a B B-/C+ peak type scorer since his living came in the midrange

Draft class looks good though. Hope Boozer isn’t OP, he had two skills and was a liability on defense and idk that always translates to FBB. So hopefully he’s not some 30 and 13 monster

LMA - Feel he was a decent rebounder had multiple seasons where he averaged +9.5, 10, 11 RPG, maybe deserves B rebounding.

Josh Howard - Think he could do with a boost to his defense to B- maybe even a B, C+ seems a little low for him.

Jose Calderon - Outside to B+, solid three point shooter and jump shooter.

Keith Bogans - Feel his defense could be slightly better than C+, maybe B-.

Kirk Hinrich - Seems a little too good, maybe his inside and outside to C and B-

Tony Allen - Never really a scoring threat, feel B- needs a little high for his inside, maybe drop to C+

Travis Outlaw - Feel like his inside is a little high aswell, C+

Carlos Delfino: should have a rebounding of a C

JR Smith: C+ Handling and C Rebounding, good career numbers from those categories

Jose Calderon: C Rebounding

Josh Howard: C+ in rebounding

Matt Barnes: same as Howard

Yakhuba Diawara: B- in Outside shooting, had good career 3pt %

- I think Gortat would be too overpowered with B DEF and B REB. That's essentially an all-star big in this file.
- I've given Outlaw a big defensive boost, but he remains at a high C+
- Agreed on Lopez, I'll bump him to B DEF.

- You think Brook Lopez and Dirk should have the same peak OUT rating? I don't agree with that.
- 3-Point Shooting is 50% of the OUT rating and Boozer was 1/14 for his career. It'd be almost impossible to get him to C+ given that.
- JR has a high jump rating, pushing what otherwise would be C+ inside to B-.
- Passing is the most-weighted rating in Handling and Howard was never a great distributor.
- I agree Hinrich looks a little too good on paper. I'll look into it.
- I believe Aldridge's scoring ratings are accurate. For similar reasons to Boozer, his outside has a ceiling without being a high volume three-point shooter.

- I think Boozer at C DEF is accurate, given how bad of a shot blocker he was.
- Can confirm that a lot of J.R. Smith's INS rating is due to jumping.
- I agree that Josh Howard's DEF should go up to B-, but not B. I've lowered Howard's OUT a tad but it remains a B-.
- Looking into Kirk later.
- Already addressed LMA.
- Agreed on Barnes.
- Lowered Banks' OUT but he remains on the B- fringe.
- I think Gortat deserves the B- INS.
- I'm fine with Walton at C+ DEF to give him something to hang his hat on and stick in the league.

- I've given him a rebounding boost but he's still a B-. Hard to get a B in this league, I guess.
- Upped to B- as mentioned above.
- I'm fine with Calderon where he is, I don't want him to become glitchy.
- I've made him a pretty sound perimeter defender, his Stealing/Blocking ratings are just low. He's right on the fringe of B-.
- As mentioned, going to look into Kirk later.
- I gave Tony Allen some hops, I'm not too worried about his scoring output at the current ratings he has.
- Sure on Travis Outlaw, although that C+ will be right on the fringe.

Calderon had a season where he shot 98% from the free throw line. I think B+ outside is justified myself too but I noticed your post above this one

Josh Howard deserves better defense imo, but I see it was already addressed

Brook Lopez is currently a defensive player of the candidate and has been a top defender at his position for years (and was underrated on that end in New Jersey). I would consider bumping his defense to a B or B+.

Tony Allen may deserve the A in defense- he had very little other nba skills but stayed on the court as a starter because of how good of a defender he was.

James Jones might be worthy of an A- from outside. Great long range shooter that shot a nice percentage over his career

Can I ask if you might be mistaking him with Mario Chalmers? Lionel only played 36 career NBA games.

Brook Lopez should peak as a B+. He was a great post up guy. Jr should peak as a B+ guy from outside. Good job on Jose Calderon. I feel like Kirk could have a higher peak defensively. Good job on Marcin. Travis Outlaw seems way too good.

He was a great shooter but comparing his volume and production to the elite guys, I cannot get to an A- grade.

- Brook's currently build is a hybrid of Nets' Lopez and Bucks' Lopez. I can't justify giving him the B+ INS he might've deserved in Brooklyn on top of the outside shots he's hitting today, he'd be OP if I did.
- Disagreed on J.R. He was a good shooter on volume from the outside but the percentages just don't justify a B+ grade.

Should've clarified that I was referring to the peak grades when I make the prospects, obviously the file can go in a million different directions.
