I would suggest bumping Dwight up to A defense. He won 3 DPOTYs and was arguably the most dominant defender of his era. Rajon Rondo has made all defensive first team twice (4x all defense). He should be bumped up to B+ or A- defense. B is too low unless there's an FBB reason. Nate Robinson has been a somewhat inconsistent shooter over his career. There may be an argument for him to have B- outside. I also agree that Tyreke should have a B- handle. - Dwight Howard: Already addressed this above. - Rajon Rondo: Wasn't an FBB reason, I just always considered him to be more of a guy who gambled for steals rather than being a great lockdown defender. I'd consider a B+ rating, though. - Nate Robinson: I think he was a better shooter than you're giving him credit for. - Tyreke Evans: Already addressed above, I'll consider a slight boost to certain ratings but I'm fine if it stays C+ as it's right on the fringe anyways. Thanks for the gripes.

Nick Young could warrant a B+ outside. He was a consistent shooter throughout his career ending on .376 from 3. I already gave him a bump before you said this, I can't remember if he settled on a B or B+ but I definitely upped him already. Yi Jianlian had a better handle than D-. He could dribble but he had no vision, that’s at least a D. If he couldn’t dribble I’d understand a D- I'll look into it.

Channing Frye Deserves an A- out Based on what? He was a high 30's percentage guy on decent volume. That screams B+ to me.

Chris Paul - probably fine, peak (Hornets? Early Clippers?) CP3 was a nice inside scorer with all the floaters and layups and other stuff in the lane. Good shooter but not elite by any means. B B scoring feels correct to me just figured I’d add my two cents Dwight - well covered here, I’m fine with him being a physical monster KD - I know I shouldn’t base peak grades off of others in the league but in a VFO offense at PG, Gil with A- A- scoring with better handles only did 30ppg this year with moderate scoring talent around him. Given what KD is IRL, I think his peak grades should be higher… high B+ and mid A outside? Handles and defense and rebounding all may deserve moderate bumps too. Dude is literally a top 5 player of all time ****IN TERMS OF BODY+SKILL+TALENT**** so his peak grades I think should allow him to get there - Chris Paul: I think the argument for him to be B+ outside would be that his Jump Shot rating should be pretty damn high. I agree that his Three-Point rating shouldn't be elite or anything. - Kevin Durant: I don't really like using the current file to compare to draft peaks, but since you did it, I'd say to look at Stephen Jackson, who averaged 28.5 PPG with B INS and A- OUT.

As for KD - fair, but I think prime KD in a prime situation catered to him putting up numbers in 40mpg like we tend to get in this league would have him at 35ppg or something I just think his ceiling with these peak grades might not be as high as we’d expect from a legendary player. I do still think his rebounding or defense may deserve some bumps within the grades they’re at?

Kris Humpries should have better rebounding, once he matured in the NBA he had seasons averaging 10+ a game.
Rondo should be at least a B- in outside scoring he had the same career percentage as Deng who has that grade there.
Deng had a good outside shorting percentage and needs a slight bump there, also his D should be better by at least one step, maybe not the most beastly defender but he was better than his current rating suggests.

Ik some people have already pointed it out but i think tyreke deserves a bump in handling and outside to a B-/B for each one, he was a great offensive player in his prime

I'll give him a very minor boost but I don't have a problem with the letter grade itself. - Rajon Rondo: Disagree strongly with Rondo having a B- OUT grade. On top of being a very low-volume three-point shooter for his career, he also was not good in the mid range and was an awful free throw shooter for a guard. - Luol Deng: Given that the highest defensive peak grades I've given out in this league are A-, I do not feel Luol needs a bump there. Thank you for the gripes.

He averaged 20 PPG as a rookie on a horrible Kings team and then saw his average drop four seasons in a row after that. I definitely think you're overrating him there.

Last minute gripes
Shannon Brown B inside .. just off his jumping ability alone/was a solid finisher
Nick Young C- handle compared to other guards with C- I’d say he had a better handling ability/ability to create for himself off the dribble

Last minute gripes Shannon Brown B inside .. just off his jumping ability alone/was a solid finisher Nick Young C- handle compared to other guards with C- I’d say he had a better handling ability/ability to create for himself off the dribble - Shannon Brown: I can't have Gerald Green at B- and Shannon Brown at B. - Nick Young: Agreed he had some wiggle to his game but he was a terrible passer for a guard. Thanks for the last minute gripes.
