[PINNED] Rumor Mill Explained

Just like last league, the Rumor Mill will feature posts about players who are potentially seeking a trade, a contract extension, etc. What's new, however, is that players remaining in that same situation for an increased period of time will be subject to temporary ratings decreases, through the rest of the season, unless it resolves.
