Following the inordinate number of one-sided trades in TSFBL II, I've decided to call upon the counsel of a Trade Council. This committee will consist of five members: myself plus four other GM's with diverse backgrounds -- the intention here is to get differing perspectives on trades and help the committee to see all angles. The other four GM's can choose whether or not they wish to make their position public. If a trade is brought to our attention, it will take a 3/5 votea for it to pass as fair
I promise the last thing I want for the Council to be remembered as is a blockade of player movement. It is just here to protect against extremely lopsided trades and the league-altering effects they can have.
Notes:
a - If a committee member is involved in the trade, their vote will not be considered. Outside sources will be temporarily included in discussions as the committee sees fit.
