We at the Indiana Pacers would love to offer you a 5 year maximum contract with 8 percent increases every year. With a player option on the 5th year so if you would like to opt out for a bigger contract with us you can. We look forward to you being a major part of our future.

With a player option on the 5th year so if you would like to opt out for a bigger contract with us you can. We look forward to you being a major part of our future. FBB Agent: Thanks for opening up the negotiations. Given that Russell Westbrook has already proven himself to be a player worthy of All-League status, it's an absolute no brainer that we want the full super-max, which would equate to a 30% maximum contract if he manages to make an All-League team again, and would default back to the contract you offered if he didn't. With the projected cap figures for 2012, this would look like the following:
| 25% Max | 30% Super-Max | Year 1 | $15,998,750 | $19,198,500 | Year 2 | $17,278,650 | $20,734,380 | Year 3 | $18,558,550 | $22,270,260 | Year 4 | $19,838,450 | $23,806,140 | Year 5 (PO) | $21,118,350 | $25,342,020 | TOTAL | $92,792,750 | $111,351,300 |
Is this agreeable to you?
