Despite being a playoff team the season prior, the Suns quickly pivoted into tanking when the 2002 Rookie Draft class came into form. Sure, they may have given away players that led the Cavaliers to a championship, but the #2 draft pick is a great return for such an endeavor.

The Utah Jazz!

Unbelievable! As we mentioned earlier, the Jazz's pick jumped all the way to #2 overall last season. Unfortunately for them, it was owned by the Warriors, and led to Zach Randolph. I'm sure they'd make that mistake one thousand times over if it meant landing the #1 overall pick in the league's most hyped draft class to date. Congratulations!
