The 13th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Atlanta Hawks, by way of the Orlando Magic! (94.24% chance of landing in this spot) This pick lands with the Hawks as part of the Chauncey Billups trade from this past off-season. It was certainly a disappointing first year in Orlando for Billups, but they'll be thankful the first of the picks they owe Atlanta is only #13.

The 12th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Denver Nuggets, by way of the Toronto Raptors! (88.25% chance of landing in this spot) This pick has bounced around a few times, but it was originally dealt from the Raptors in exchange for Gary Trent all the way back in 1996. It was once considered one of the best assets in the league, but the Raptors had a surprisingly mediocre season in 2002 and devalued the pick. With the Nuggets having traded away so much of their own future picks-wise, they're fortunate to add a lottery talent in this year's class.

The 11th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The New York Knicks! (79.54% chance of landing in this spot) After trading away their franchise player, many expected the Knicks to try to compete for one of the top draft picks this year. Their front office had different ideas, however, as they added multiple win-now pieces in free agency. The end result was predictably standings purgatory, but the future is still bright in New York.

The 10th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Boston Celtics, by way of the Utah Jazz! (67.59% chance of landing in this spot) After dealing away their own lottery pick for the 2002 Rookie Draft, the Celtics will find themselves with multiple selections in this year's lottery. The first comes to them by way of the Jazz, who really could learn to protect their picks. The cupboard is very empty in Boston; hopefully, this year's draft will serve as a stepping stone to reboot the once-storied franchise.

The 9th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Phoenix Suns! (52.05% chance of landing in this spot) One year after landing the #2 overall pick, the Suns will once again have a single-digit pick, and will hope to find a young talent to complement rising sophomore Carmelo Anthony. Through five picks, we still have yet to see any jumps.

The 8th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Houston Rockets! (22.75% chance of landing in this spot) And right on cue, we have some action. The Rockets' pick landing here means we have just seen not one, but two teams jump into the top four: the Miami Heat and, ironically enough, the Houston Rockets by way of the Spurs. Meanwhile for the Rockets, they'll have two top eight picks to finally surround Ron Artest with some talent, in what could start to become make-or-break years for the franchise.

The 7th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Portland Trail Blazers! (26.56% chance of landing in this spot) After years of relevancy, the Blazers (under new management) finally broke up their championship-winning core last off-season. The results landed them near the bottom of the league, but that was probably the best course of action. If Allen Iverson can regain his form after an injury-plagued season, this team will have a chance to vault right back into playoff contention.

The 6th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Boston Celtics! (25.74% chance of landing in this spot) While #6 and #10 were not the ideal landing spots for the Celtics coming into the lottery, both picks should provide them with players that will come in and contribute for them immediately. They'll have to take what they can get.

The 5th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Atlanta Hawks! (14.92% chance of landing in this spot) The Hawks are a franchise that has had a lot of lottery luck over the years, but it was not on their side tonight. This means that the Kings and Wizards, the two teams with the worst records in the league, will join the Heat and Rockets in the top four. Stay tuned to find out the order!

The 4th pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Miami Heat! (8.57% chance of landing in this spot) The Heat have toiled in mediocrity for seasons now, but this is the best chance they've had to add a franchise-altering player in years. With all their future draft picks back under team control, it'll be very interesting to see what direction they take. Either way, the #4 pick will provide them a quality young player.

The 3rd pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Houston Rockets, by way of the San Antonio Spurs! (8.18% chance of landing in this spot) This pick lands with the Rockets as a result of a trade the Spurs made multiple seasons ago to trade for star wing Michael Finley. Since that trade, new ownership has taken over the Spurs, and they were unable to reacquire the sunk cost. For the Rockets, this pick should give them a future complementary star to pair with Ron Artest for the foreseeable future.

The 2nd pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Sacramento Kings! (13.48% chance of landing in this spot) The Kings have come under some PR heat over the past year, as they've looked to assemble a team that would fit in well with the cast of the movie "Hoosiers". At #2 overall, they will face an organizational dilemma. The fans of Sacramento will be praying that they simply take the best prospect available, but you never know with the current "management". And this means.... The 1st pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Washington Wizards! (14.07% chance of landing in this spot) What a night for the Wizards, who fell under new management at the start of the season. This pick will be the launching pad the franchise needs to regain relevancy in the Eastern Conference. It is incredible to think that losing the tiebreaker coin flip with the Kings ended up netting the Wizards the #1 overall pick! Congratulations!
