We in the Warriors organization have been thrilled by what Al has been able to accomplish and showcase at Golden State. We would like to reward such commitment and talent with a contract extension. We are committed to offer a 4 year Max contract with an annual 8% increase. With the Howard on either side we feel with Al we can build upon this existing team and bring back the winning tradition Golden State has previously know!

This is an invalid contract extension offer. Coming off a non-rookie contract, the most you can offer somebody is 120% of their current deal -- $13,893,496 in Al's case. Please read extension rules here, and resubmit if you'd like: tsfbl.proboards.com/thread/2808/contract-extension-rules

We would like to offer the 120% extension then for 3 years with a 8% increase each season and a Player Option for a 4th year with the same increase.

FBB Agent: Sadly, the deadline for extension talks was this past sim (the trade deadline). We look forward to resuming these conversations in the off-season.
