The 13th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Seattle SuperSonics! (92.84% chance of landing in this spot) Left reeling following the departure of star forward Antoine Walker, the Sonics plodded their way to a 39-43 season, missing out on the playoffs by only a tiebreaker. With the focus more clearly on youth, they'll have a chance to bolster their young core with the #13 overall pick.

The 12th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Phoenix Suns! (86.03% chance of landing in this spot) The Suns also missed the playoffs by just a tiebreaker, but appear to be in a clear position of rebuilding after dealing away two starters during the season. It remains to be seen if an entire overhaul is on the horizon, but you'd certainly expect Kyle Lowry and the player drafted with this pick to be the start of a new regime.

The 11th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Atlanta Hawks! (79.55% chance of landing in this spot) In spite of a talented roster, the Hawks once again toiled in mediocrity and missed the playoffs. The city of Atlanta hasn't seen a playoff series win since 2000, and the fans are starting to grow restless. Will the #11 overall pick be enough to finally get this franchise over the hump?

The 10th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The New Jersey Nets, by way of the Chicago Bulls! (67.6% chance of landing in this spot) The Nets robbed the Wizards blind for this pick in a deal headlined by Ronny Turiaf, but thanks to the Bulls' strong finish to the season, they only have the #10 pick to show for it in a relatively shallow draft. Still, the retooling efforts following their first non-title season in four years will be bolstered by whoever is selected tenth overall.

The 9th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Milwaukee Bucks! (52.06% chance of landing in this spot) After nine straight playoff appearances, the Bucks have finally found themselves in the lottery following an up-and-down campaign. This will not be the only time we hear their name tonight, either, giving fans hopes that this season's inconsistencies might be just an aberration.

The 8th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Milwaukee Bucks, by way of the Los Angeles Clippers! (32.06% chance of landing in this spot) Possessing the fifth-best odds of landing #1 overall with the combination of their two picks, this will come as a bit of a letdown for Milwaukee. They acquired this pick in dealing away Ray Allen to Cleveland, who originally acquired it from the Clippers in a deal headlined by Steve Francis. 6 picks in and still nothing out of the ordinary.

The 7th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Toronto Raptors! (18.08% chance of landing in this spot) The Toronto Raptors finally decided to rip the band-aid off this season, trading away franchise cornerstone Pau Gasol and embracing a full rebuild. While they didn't land many draft assets in return, they did find a potential mainstay in Al Jefferson, who will likely enter free agency this off-season with hopes of the big payday he couldn't secure as a restricted free agent.

The 6th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Washington Wizards! (24.64% chance of landing in this spot) The Wizards had every intention of breaking the league's longest playoff drought this season, but things just never clicked in Washington. While the future of the franchise remains uncertain, a top six pick will help whatever direction the team is headed in. More importantly, this means both the Mavericks and Nuggets have jumped into the top four!

The 5th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Detroit Pistons! (15.38% chance of landing in this spot) Fresh out of carnival tricks, the league's longest playoff streak finally came to an end this season. Unfortunately for the Pistons, they weren't able to immediately respond with a top four draft pick, but #5 is not a terrible outcome for a franchise that seems poised for a lengthy rebuild. This means the Warriors and Celtics will join the Mavericks and Nuggets in the top four, stay tuned to find out the order!

The 4th pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Dallas Mavericks! (8.56% chance of landing in this spot) One season after forfeiting a top ten pick (Nicolas Batum was later drafted) due to luxury tax penalties, the Mavericks have found themselves in the top four of the draft and will actually be able to make the selection. While it remains to be seen if the older core will finally be turned over, this pick should offer the franchise hope after missing the playoffs for the first time since 2001.

The 3rd pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Boston Celtics! (12.8% chance of landing in this spot) The Celtics have found themselves on the short end of the lottery stick a few times over recent years, and while they've fallen short of the top prize yet again, they have finally cracked the top four. Able to trade up for the #3 overall pick last season, they now will be able to add another one to Rookie of the Year runner-up Deron Williams. The Nuggets and Warriors are both crossing their fingers for the #1 overall pick. Stay tuned!

The 2nd pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Golden State Warriors! (13.48% chance of landing in this spot) Having failed to reach the playoffs since 2002, the Warriors will find themselves under new, and hopefully more competent, management this upcoming season. While there's a lot of work to do, having Dwight Howard already in tow will expedite any rebuild. They don't have full control over their draft pick next season (the Magic have the rights to swap), so they'll have to work fast. And this means..... . . . . . . . . . . The 1st pick in the 2008 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Denver Nuggets! (10.55% chance of landing in this spot) The Nuggets have landed the top prize of the 2008 Draft Lottery! One season after selecting #2 overall and drafting their franchise point guard in Derrick Rose, they'll have a chance to bring in whatever player from this draft they choose. Sometimes, rebuilds all come down to the luck of the ping pong balls, and the Nuggets will be able to fast track theirs with two of the league's most exciting young prospects. Congratulations!
