The 13th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Atlanta Hawks, by way of the Philadelphia 76ers! (92.83% chance of landing in this spot) Lightning has not struck twice for the Hawks, who will pick three times in the teens and four times total, barring a trade, in their final year with a mass of draft picks.

The 12th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Minnesota Timberwolves, by way of the Charlotte Hornets! (86.01% chance of landing in this spot) The Hornets dealt this pick away (and another one) in order to acquire Kendrick Perkins back in 2007. It later found its way to the Timberwolves by way of the Elton Brand trade this past season, who'll use it at #12 overall.

The 11th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Indiana Pacers! (79.53% chance of landing in this spot) After trading this pick away, the Pacers reacquired it this past season in exchange for veteran PG Jamaal Tinsley. Having taken a complete 180-degree turn in direction mid-season, there's no telling what the Pacers plans for this pick entail.

The 10th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Indiana Pacers, by way of the Chicago Bulls! (67.57% chance of landing in this spot) Famously acquiring this trade in the Stephen Jackson/Kevin Durant heist, the Pacers sit back-to-back in the 2010 Rookie Draft as neither pick has made the jump.

The 9th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Los Angeles Clippers! (49.87% chance of landing in this spot) The Clippers had every hope of making the playoffs this season, but fell just short. Now picking #9, we'll see what they have in store this off-season. 5 picks in and no jumps so far.

The 8th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Dallas Mavericks, by way of the Utah Jazz! (35.35% chance of landing in this spot) This pick has made its way around the league. It originally was dealt with another first by the Jazz in order to acquire Antawn Jamison. The Mavericks later got their hands on it and traded it away in the deal that netted them Tony Parker and David Lee. It then was moved to the Pacers, who then moved it back to Dallas in the Kevin Garnett trade. What a journey!

The 7th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Minnesota Timberwolves! (20.23% chance of landing in this spot) The Timberwolves' second pick of the lottery slots in at pick #7, which means we still have had no jumps to this point. With a new GM taking over, the team needs a lot -- it'll be interesting to see where they go from here.

The 6th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Indiana Pacers, by way of the New York Knicks! (19.83% chance of landing in this spot) The Indiana Pacers net one more pick in the lottery by way of the late-season trade with the Grizzlies, who slapped a top three protection on it. The Pacers' gamble has paid off and they'll have three picks in the top 11. This means the Pistons' pick, which has swap rights attached to it, has jumped into the top four!

The 5th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Houston Rockets! (14.94% chance of landing in this spot) Coming off a very disappointing campaign, the Rockets will add a top 5 pick in their last ditch effort to try and convince Joe Johnson to stick around. This means the Suns, Grizzlies, and Wizards will join that aforementioned Pistons pick in the top four, stay tuned to find out the order!

The 4th pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Phoenix Suns! (12.04% chance of landing in this spot) It's always disappointing to fall this far down after sporting the worst record in the league, and the increasing likelihood of losing star Carmelo Anthony in free agency does not help matters either. Phoenix has nowhere to go but up from here, and we'll see how the #4 overall pick slots into their core.

The 3rd pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Washington Wizards! (11.96% chance of landing in this spot) The league's longest playoff drought hit double digits in 2009, and there's no end in sight. The fans are growing restless in the nation's capital, and the pressure is on to finally produce a winning team.

The 2nd pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Portland Trail Blazers, by way of the Detroit Pistons! (9.25% chance of landing in this spot) The Celtics dealt away their pick to the Portland Trail Blazers in a deal headlined by Mike Miller, and I'm going to guess that they didn't remember they had the rights to swap picks with Detroit included. Their loss is Portland's gain, who has been middling in mediocrity for a few years now. And that means... . . . . . . . . . . The 1st pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft belongs to: The Vancouver Grizzlies! (14.07% chance of landing in this spot) The luckiest GM in the league has struck gold yet again, this time landing the #1 prize in a one-player draft with a steep drop-off after this pick. A drastic rebuild following the most severe luxury tax penalty in league history forced the Grizzlies into an embarrassing freefall, but this pick represents the light at the end of the tunnel. Congratulations!
